Shipping is free of charge in Switzerland.

Your order can be shipped within the European Union for a contribution of CHF 25 (subject to tariff heading).

Returns

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact our customer service at sales@vdb.ch.

 

Refunds are made by bank transfer after reception of your purchase order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product returned in perfect condition in its original packaging.

Warranty

 

We are committed to ensure that each product strictly meets our quality criteria after passing all quality controls.

 

The selected products are covered by VAN DER BAUWEDE GENEVE warranty against any manufacturing defect.

The duration of the warranty is 12 months from the date of purchase.

Damages due to wear or accident are not covered by the warranty.
